2 positions available (casual and full-time) Work Monday to Friday with no weekends HenderCare are currently looking for stand-out Service Delivery and Rostering Officers to join our vibrant team in the new year.
The Service Delivery and Rostering Officer is a crucial part of our team, responsible for allocating and scheduling Field Workers to our clients and referring organisations.
There is a casual and a full-time position available.

The team is engaging, collaborative, and supportive to ensure you're able to reach your full potential.
You'll work alongside colleagues who have extensive industry experience and with supportive management who are dedicated to your development and success in the role.

About the Role Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for responding to service requests, matching and rostering staff to support our clients in a timely manner.

This is a casual role that operates Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1600.

The role will involve interacting with many stakeholders including clients, referring organisations, and other internal teams.
You will be required to manage incoming and outgoing calls whilst utilising our internal software programs.

About You We are looking for engaging, energetic, and passionate people who are experienced working in a fast-paced customer-focused position with a commitment to the delivery of efficient and high-quality services.
The ability to show initiative and be confident in your own skills and abilities, including being able to prioritise your workload and work with tight deadlines with relative autonomy, will allow you to thrive in what can be a challenging environment.
