Help Desk Technician – Customer Support Global Cloud Management Business ASAP Start, initial 3 months contract (potential conversion to full-time) $45/ hour Our client is a leading provider of Cloud Management solutions for IT solution providers.
The innovative SaaS products and platform empower IT partners to seamlessly migrate, backup, and manage their customers in the cloud, dedicated to helping IT solution providers build thriving cloud businesses.
We're currently looking for a Helpdesk Technician, to join the team in Sydney and hit the ground running over a 3 months contract opportunity, with potential to convert into a full-time permanent member of the team.
Your responsibilities will include: Answering live calls and triaging calls and emails promptly.
Providing technical support and email support to Partners.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues through remote troubleshooting.
Guiding Partners through problem-solving processes and best practices.
Providing accurate information about our cloud products and services.
Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate support level.
Recording events, problems, and resolutions accurately.
Following up with Partners and updating their status and information.
Passing on valuable feedback and suggestions from Partners to the internal teams.
Requirements and Skills: 3+ years of proven experience as a help desk technician or in a similar customer support role.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of computer systems, cloud technology, and tech products.
Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-oriented and positive team player mentality.
