Provide IT support to assist the day-to-day running of the business.Assist when required with IT Projects and InitiativesInstall, configure, repair, and replace end-user computer hardwareProvide Office365 software supportMonitor and maintain computer systems and networks.Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.Providing technical support across the company
Requirements


Qualifications and experience with providing IT Technical Support and Systems DevelopmentOffice365 and Microsoft Azure Incident Response, Support and ManagementOffice365 / Active Directory User Account ManagementNetwork Configuration and SupportLaptop/Desktop Configuration, Deployment and Support.Strong attention to detail and outstanding customer service skillsHighly organised team player with the ability to prioritise and delegate in day-to-day activities.Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently using own initiativeThorough knowledge and hands on experience with IT systems, software packages and network activities.Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.Current National Police Clearance.
