Our Help Desk & IT Support may suit a recent school leaver or junior looking for an exciting IT career within logistics/transport.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will assist with the support of over 350 users within Australia and New Zealand by providing exceptional customer service to assist with user desktop support, remote troubleshooting of software/network related issues, and resolving tickets in a fast, friendly, and professional manner, whilst being mentored by our leading-edge IT professionals to grow your career.

What you need is: To be successful, the ideal applicant will have the following skills, attributes, and experience:
