Green Light Worldwide is looking for a motivated engineer to provide support the internal delivery teams initially but as the opportunity evolves will have potential to engage with services and projects.
You must have a strong technical knowledge base, communicate effectively, and be willing to adapt quickly to new technologies as the company improves on its current environment.
Responsibilities: Supporting desktop infrastructure and services including Hardware, OS, Software, monitoring etc.
Deliver the best solutions based on the technical issue and information received.
Escalate any unresolved issues to next level of support.
Identify and suggest possible improvements on processes.
Perform face to face and remote troubleshooting to ensure successful resolution.
Work with Head of IT to Support configuration and project work across the M365 platform.
Hardware procurement, deployment, and asset tracking.
System auditing and compliance tasks.
Requirements: Willingness to develop and enhance technical skills.
Experience in a technical support role both in person and remote support.
Comprehensive understanding of computer systems, networking, and general troubleshooting.
Experience supporting O365 platforms.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Advanced documentation skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn modern technologies and take ownership of project tasks.
Highly Regarded: Experience working with Mobile Device Management platforms like Intune would be highly regarded.
Experience supporting Azure AD would be highly regarded.
Certification or experience in cyber security best practices would be highly regarded.
