What are we looking for? We're looking for an IT Support Engineer with Level 3 experience to support the rollout of new projects, provide technical support across our managed services clients, and serve as an escalation point for our service desk technicians.
More about the role In this role, you will be required to provide skilled support in the implementation of new projects, support clients both remotely and onsite (customer-facing). This position will provide an ideal opportunity to develop your career to the next level.
Provide L3 Technical support to clients. Provide an escalation point for our technical staff. Provide an exceptional level of customer service and care to every issue or request. Perform high-level troubleshooting (remote or onsite where required). Perform daily operational activities to ensure stability of varying IT environments. New project implementation. Building and maintaining a good relationship with clients. About You We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering positive customer experiences. Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience is essential to securing your position in this vacancy.
3-6 years experience in a technical support role. A strong client focus, with excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent prioritization and time management skills. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems. Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 platform. We embrace collaboration and seek to empower our clients and our staff through technology.
