Designed to enhance efficiency, they have an installed base of over 23,000 vertical access solutions for a variety of industries worldwide.YOUR ROLEAs the Sales Manager for Height Safety & Productivity Solutions (HSPS), you will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and preparing proposals, drawings, and presentations. This role is pivotal in promoting high-quality safety and productivity solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Occasional interstate travel for client meetings and on-site presentations will be required.You will work independently to achieve sales targets while also leading and managing a sales team.RESPONSIBILITIESSales Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform the sales strategy.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their unique needs and requirements.Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.Product Knowledge and Proposal Preparation:Acquire in-depth knowledge of product portfolio, including lifting equipment, fall protection solutions, PPE, and safety systems.Prepare detailed proposals, including drawings and presentations, tailored to customer requirements.Organise and conduct product presentations and demonstrations on site for potential customers.Work independently to achieve individual and product sales targets.Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Collaborate with technical experts to address customer inquiries effectively.Negotiation and Contract Management:Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure profitable contracts.Ensure all contractual obligations are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.Market Analysis and Reporting:Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments.Prepare regular reports and analyses to inform leadership about sales performance and opportunities.Compliance and Quality:Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.Uphold the company's commitment to safety and excellence in height safety and productivity solutions.KEY QUALIFICATIONSProven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.Experience working in the Civil, Construction, Infrastructure, or Engineering industries.Ability to understand technical product features and communicate them effectively to clients.In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment, fall protection, PPE, or other safety systems is crucial.Experience managing in a safe and quality culture.Ready to Advance Your Career?
