Height Access Project Manager

GDP Group has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and passionate professional to join our Height Access business in our Lane Cove office.As a company, we offer a diverse range of facilities management solutions including construction, facade maintenance and cleaning, height safety installations, remedial services, and the maintenance, servicing and supply of building maintenance units (BMU's).GDP Height Access is a leading provider of height safety and access solutions across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane servicing industries in building & construction, medical, education and institutional commercial & industrial property investors.We provide installations and certifications of height safety equipment including ladders, davit systems, anchors, walkways, platforms etc.Key Responsibilities and RequirementsTo be successful in attaining this role you will need to demonstrate:Previous success in managing projectsPrevious success in managing teamsExperience within the height safety industryStrong leadership, communication and administrative skillsAn ability to work closely with others within the management teamA preparedness to operate autonomously to further develop and grow the business unitUnderstanding of relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, Compliance Codes, and WHS Act and RegulationsAn appreciation of the importance of modern workplace OH&S requirements and a willingness to create safer work environments for our own staff and our clientsGDP Group provides a great working environment and corporate culture.
