This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Workshop Foreman like you to join our new team and contribute to our growth.
While Patterson Cheney Trucks is being constructed, the selected candidate will work from the Patterson Cheney Trucks location in Keysborough. About the role: Supervise and lead a team of technicians in the heavy vehicle workshopEnsure efficient and timely completion of repairs, maintenance, and service workDiagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issuesCoordinate with the parts department to ensure the availability of necessary componentsMonitor and maintain workshop equipment and toolsImplement and enforce safety protocols and standardsProvide technical guidance and support to technicians when neededLiaise with customers and provide excellent customer service About you: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a heavy vehicle technicianProven experience in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of heavy vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systemsProficient in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issuesExcellent communication and team management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesValid HR or HC driver's license and relevant certifications On Offer: Salary negotiated on experience plus overtimeOpportunity to work with a reputable and established automotive dealershipAdd value with your workshop leadership skillsBrand new, modern dealershipContinuous factory/manufacturer trainingOpportunity to learn and progress your career in the groupAccess to Patterson Cheney Group dealership discounts, including New and Used vehicles, Servicing, Parts, Insurance and FinanceJob security with a strong and growing independent privately owned business How to Apply:
