Heavy Vehicle Technician - 4 day work week We are seeking qualified Heavy Vehicle Technicians to join our service team on a flexible full-time basis at Daimler Trucks Toowoomba. We sell new and used Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso trucks and you will service and repair a wide range of different truck brands.
Job description: Diagnosis and repair of a wide range of American, Japanese and European heavy vehicles Servicing and maintenance to a wide range of American, Japanese and European heavy vehicles Maintain a safe and clean work environment Ideally, the successful candidates will have the following: Heavy vehicle diesel mechanic qualification is required Ability to work unsupervised and also work well in a team environment with a positive attitude HR license is preferred however not essential Ability to problem solve Experience with European, American or Japanese truck brands is not essential but will be highly regarded Benefits: Ongoing training and development including in-house and manufacturer training Flexible work conditions including the ability to work a 4 day work week or morning/afternoon options Great central location Safe and supportive working environment Long-term employment with career development and progression Work-life balance – Flexible work hours including day/shift positions Above award salary based on experience and skills Supplied and laundered uniforms Modern workshops with diagnostic equipment suitable for diesel mechanics.
