QUALIFICATIONS
Workshop supervisory experience
Construction Induction Card (Mandatory)
HR Licence (Advantage)
HC Licence (Strongly Desired)
ABOUT YOU
Ability to supervise team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in related field
Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices within mining /domestic environments
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A willingness to learn and adapt
