Description
An exciting opportunity has become available in our Newcastle Workshop for a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our growing team. As a highly motivated and experienced Mechanic, you would join our team as a full-time permanent member. Our workshops are the core of our network, playing a critical role in ensuring our vehicles operate safely across Australia.
Joining a team with a collaborative culture, you would be working on a fleet size of 1000+ units. The role involves repairing new trucks, including Kenworth, Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, and UD, to complete routine servicing, diagnosing, and maintenance. Our workshops are open day and night, providing more flexibility to work on a shift that suits your lifestyle.

Monday to Friday | 6:00am to 2:06pm
Choose to join the after-hours on-call roster with generous weekly allowances & guarantee call out minimum hours.

Qualifications
About you:

Hold a valid qualification for the repair and maintenance of heavy commercial vehicles (Certificate III in HV Mechanical Technology).
Proof of experience within the Heavy Diesel repair industry.
Excellent time management skills, ability to plan your workload & required parts.
Dedicated commitment to Safety & Quality Assurance Policies.
