We are seeking a capable, reliable and proactive truck driver to join our Kings Meadows warehouse and distribution team. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver product to a statewide base of customers. This is a casual position with an anticipated requirement of 1-2 shifts per week.
About you: You are physically fitYou are able to work effectively as part of a team in a way that is aligned to the organisation's values and desired outcomesYou enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are organised with an attention to detailYou are able to work with minimal supervision and display initiativeYou have sound verbal, writing, reading and math skills (at grade 10 or above level)You are experienced in operating basic machinery or willing to learnYou enjoy looking for efficient ways of working without compromising quality or safety.You have a car and truck license (HR preferred, MR is a minimum requirement)Key tasks include: Safe and timely collection/delivery of sales orders, raw product and packagingLoading and unloading of truckStock rotation of raw product Compliance to workplace safety standards according to OHS guidelines, company policies, and auditing requirementsMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe work areaRequired qualifications & experience Current Heavy Rigid truck license Forklift license would be advantageousExperience in a warehouse environment would be advantageousBenefits A supportive team environmentTraining and development opportunitiesOn-site parkingWork hours range between 6.00am to 6.00pm Mon-Fri, however these hours can vary depending on the needs of the organisation and the successful candidate.
