Key Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, front-end loaders, and articulated dump trucks
Safely and efficiently manage loading, unloading, and transport tasks
Perform routine pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is in top condition
Adhere to strict safety protocols to maintain a risk-free workplace
Collaborate with team members and supervisors for smooth, efficient operations
What You Bring:
Proven experience as a Heavy Mobile Plant Operator, preferably within an industrial or construction environment
HR Truck Licence (desirable but not essential)
A valid driver's licence with a strong focus on safety
High-Risk/Bridge and Gantry Crane Licence (highly regarded)
Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) on a 5/4/4/5 roster
Pre-screening requirements may include working rights checks, drug and alcohol screening and pre-employment medicals.
