Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics

Diesel Maintenance Service (DMS) is a privately owned company that offers a comprehensive heavy duty maintenance service to the Open cut / Underground Mining, Construction, Road Transport, Power Generation & Marine Industries.

DMS now require the services of suitably qualified and experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics to join our workshop team in Karratha. This is a Full-Time residential position 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday & 7am to 12pm on Saturday.

As a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic, you will maintain & repair a large range of Mining, Civil Construction, Road Transport & Power Generation Equipment.

Successful Candidates Will Possess The Following As a Minimum: Australian Recognised Trade CertificationComputer Diagnostics & analysing resultsCompetent with component overhaulDedication to work in a safe and efficient mannerAbility to work alone using initiative as well as within a teamExcellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to pass a pre-employment Medical and Drug ScreenCurrent National Police Clearance or ability to obtain onePreferably with manual driver's licenseContactable recent refereesYou will be expected to hold the safety of yourself and others in the highest regard and maintain the integrity of both DMS and the client. A strong work ethic and proven work history will be highly regarded.

Full Time position with competitive Rates of $65-$70 per hour plus superannuation and leave entitlements.
