Job Description Support the Workshop Manager by providing leadership, supervision, and technical expertise to your Crew and the broader workshop team.
The Leading Hand is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the workshop, maintaining high standards of maintenance and repair while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
A day in the workshop could see you:
Lead and mentor a skilled team of technicians, driving safety, productivity, and growth. Oversee equipment maintenance to maximise uptime and operational efficiency. Accountable for workshop safety, managing incidents and ensuring compliance. Manage shifting priorities while maintaining top-quality work and meeting targets. What's on Offer
