Heavy Diesel Mechanic - Quarries Mobile

Due to continual growth within the business, we are looking for a Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join the Stonyfell team on a permanent basis.
The primary focus of this hands-on role will be to carry out maintenance and repair of all mobile plant, including scheduled maintenance and servicing throughout Boral quarries.
This is an opportunity to work in a close and growing team environment with a multi-national organisation dedicated to the safety of its employees.
Your day will involve: Undertaking and completion of scheduled maintenance, servicing, repairs, breakdowns and general fleet maintenance.Conducting thorough inspections of vehicle to identify potential issues and prevent future problems.Completion of all necessary paperwork - maintenance checklists, work orders, service reports.What are we looking for? High focus on Safety, accessing risk and putting appropriate control in place.Experience working on and servicing Heavy plant and equipment.Experience in hydraulics, electrical and pneumatics.Strong communication skills with the ability to work without direct supervision.Previous experience in the mining or quarry industry.Drivers Licence.What's on offer?
