Heavy Diesel Mechanic

Details of the offer

Wren Oil is seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to help maintain a fleet of Volvo Prime movers, trailers, and dollies, along with various site equipment such as forklifts, loaders, and light vehicles.
Responsibilities:

Perform minor and major services, repairs, and overhauls of equipment.

Light Vehicle Mechanics looking to upskill into heavy diesel are encouraged to apply. Upskilling apprenticeships may be available to the right candidate.
Skills and Experience:

Australian recognised trade certificate - Heavy Diesel mechanical
Maintenance experience in prime movers, tanker trailers, and dollies
Repairs and overhauls on equipment
Experience with diagnostic tools (Volvo TechTool)
Ability to work well in a team, show initiative, and be solution-focused
Accurate and prompt in record keeping
Able to undergo pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol testing
Drivers license and own transport
High regard for workplace safety
Ability to adhere and fully comply with all Company Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
