CELOTTI WORKFORCE are currently seeking Experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our client on an exciting FIFO role as Field Servicing Leading Hand .
Our Ideal Candidate: Safely lead a team of varying size and trades on mobile equipment Drive efficiency within the team to meet tight deadlines Ensuring employees comply with all OHS responsibilities and that a safety-first culture is a consistent behaviour within the team Provide hands-on maintenance solutions and support Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate diagnosis, repairs and post shut support and reporting Be on top of all maintenance and safety tasks to ensure safe and on time delivery of all works Be responsible for the day to day activities of shut personnel and ensure labour is used most effectively Liaise with internal and external stakeholders pertaining to machine performance, product, workmanship and safety.
Essentials from You: Heavy Mechanical Trade - AUS/NZ Recognized Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor Sound knowledge on a variety of OEM's with particular focus on Hitachi machinery Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external Clients Solid technical knowledge and the ability to navigate complex technical issues Minimum five (5) years post trade experience Previous experience in mining and civil equipment maintenance Previous experience in mobile equipment repairs Current manual drivers' licence High Risk Work Licence Able to complete and pass a pre-employment medical and DAS Able to provide a current National Police Clearance What we can offer: 2:1 Roster Weekly Pay Temp to Perm contract Great competitive Rates If you believe you're the right person for this role, please click APPLY , or contact Jesse on 1300 235 688 .
