The Opportunity HCA is currently seeking a trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our site team based in South Australia, working on a 7/7 FIFO roster. In this role, your key focus will be to provide preventative and breakdown maintenance & repairs on Hitachi Mining equipment and other products as needed. This permanent role will allow you to access OEM training while you build a long-term career in a global company.
To be successful in this role you will: Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) Mobile Plant trade qualificationsEnsure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything elseHave experience, knowledge and understanding of civil and mining equipmentHave a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously within remote areasHave good communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long term relationshipsHave great technical knowledge and diagnostic abilityBenefits - What's in it for you?
