Job DescriptionInstall, maintain, and repair HVAC systems throughout the hotel property, including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, identifying and repairing faulty components promptly to minimize guest disruptions.Collaborate with hotel staff to assess and address HVAC needs in various areas such as guest rooms, restaurants, conference spaces, and common areas.QualificationsFull Refrigeration and Air Conditioning License is required.Previous experience working in hotel/resort/hospitality settings is preferred.Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools.Track record of efficiently managing projects, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum guest satisfaction.Additional InformationWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
