Heather Senior Care - NDIS is looking for a special individual to step into the shoes of our wonderful Home Care Coordinator Manager Karen, who will be going on maternity leave.About the roleIn this pivotal role, you will manage and support our Home Care Coordinators and Community Engagement Officer to ensure our teams exceed customer expectations and meet government standards.
You'll also play a key role in promoting and growing the Heather Senior Care - NDIS division by developing strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and staff.Whilst not directly managing a client base, the role is vital to mentoring, supporting a small team of professionals, to deliver the highest standards of care to our clients.
We are looking for someone who can carry on this legacy, whilst also bringing a little of their own flair to the role.What you'll be doing:Manage and support the Home Care team and Community Engagement Officer to ensure the delivery of quality care for our Home Care and NDIS clients.Promote and grow the Heather Senior Care - NDIS business by nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities including meeting potential clients.Provide leadership to enhance the overall client experience, resolving issues with compassion and care.Provide a sound basis of clinical governance to the team and actively seek out new clinical care strategies.Mentor and develop staff, helping them grow their careers and deliver excellent care outcomes.Deliver weekly and monthly reports to management on business growth, potential risks, and outcomes in the Community Care - NDIS division.What we're looking for…We are seeking a
