We're currently looking for trade qualified Diesel Motor Mechanics, Fitters, Auto Electricians, Plant Mechanics (Diesel Fitter-Mechanics) and Welders/Boilermakers to join our team on sites across Perth, Pilbara Region, Goldfields, QLD, NSW, NT and SA.
To be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Relevant trade qualifications required to perform your dutiesMinimum 2 years' experience with a demonstrated safety and performance recordExtensive knowledge of CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu, Atlas Copco, SandvikExperience with a variety of welding wires including Hobart XLR8, 71-81 dual shield, 232 and 311 inner shield for Welding roleCurrent FMG, Rio Tinto, Roy Hill, BHP Inductions advantageousValid High Risk Work Licences such as Forklift, EWP, DG, RB, WAH (desirable)Valid Manual Driver's LicenceAustralian Working RightsStrong focus and commitment to safetySound knowledge of workshop and remote site operationsDemonstrated ability to work in multi-disciplinary work teamsJob responsibilities include:
Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance of heavy equipmentPrioritise and complete unplanned maintenance tasks as requiredRegularly review maintenance procedures to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safelyAny other duties as directed by the Maintenance SupervisorActively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of work practicesCommitment, respect and compliance to the client's health, safety and environment policies, 'zero harm' objection, Fitness For Work Policy, vision, mission and core values.Remuneration packages between $90,000 - $150,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
