We are currently looking for an outgoing and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service team in East Maitland.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate :
High standards of professionalism and personal presentation A current NSW Drivers Licence Exceptional communication and customer service skills A good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs Confident computer skills (particularly with dealer management systems) The ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment Clear communication skills (both written and verbal) Willingness to work in a team environment You'll be responsible for assisting our customers from start to finish with a high level of efficiency and accuracy - From the moment they step through the doors of our service department, to the moment they drive away. This will involve:
Answering phones and arranging bookings Quotations, costing and invoice completion Liaising with Technicians to ensure customers are kept up to date on the progress of their vehicle This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family owned business that is big enough to offer you career progression and promotion, but small enough to not treat you as just another number.
