Healthscope Hospitals | Assistant Accountant

Mount Hospital is currently seeking a casual Assistant Accountant to work in our small, friendly finance team.

This position reports to an Accountant and will suit the candidate with demonstrated experience working in a dynamic environment with accuracy, attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key functions include:
Preparation of AP invoice processing, vendor management Monthly journals, balance sheet reconciliations Sundry invoicing, debtors follow-up, credit card allocations Other ad-hoc tasks as allocated About You
You will be a great team player who is willing to learn and enjoys working in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Prior experience in a similar role Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable experience Demonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as a part of a team Proficiency with Excel and technology One or equivalent ERP system To Apply
