Northern Beaches Hospital is looking for a Part Time Administrative Officer with a professional approach to support the NBH Executive team. This role is required to work Monday to Friday with shortened hours (approx. 9-3pm) daily. Your Role Provide high quality executive administration and support to the Executive Team Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with queries, answering calls and greeting visitors Supporting the day to day running of the Executive Officeie) order stationary, answer calls, take minutes, arrange meetings and agendas, prepare reports Your Capabilities Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to work Demonstrated commitment and provision of exceptional customer service Demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite If you have the ability to build relationships quickly and feel you can support an extremely busy executive team, then we would love to hear from you.

Hourly salary is in line with our Enterprise Agreement Classification NSW Exec Administration 1 of $40.85 plus superannuation.
