Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for experienced Administration Officers to work on a part-time basis over 7 days.
This is a busy role where you are the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff.
You should love working in a dynamic role meeting and greeting, managing phones, and completing administrative work.

Your duties will vary day to day and may include:
Answering and redirecting calls Preparing admission paperwork Maintaining accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records Performing Health Fund Checks as required Managing the collection of excesses/co-payments Coordinating with staff from other departments Completing other clerical tasks such as data entry To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous reception/administration experience Prior experience in the health industry (advantageous) Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Flexibility to work a variety of shifts – early/late shifts Experience working with patient management systems (desirable) Why Healthscope?
