We are looking for a dedicated Administration Specialist who can assist with their retail RACV Insurance and product offerings to join our client's team!
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment, working closely with all departments of our business.
This is a Full-time position for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities Deal Processing: Manage and prepare sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Debtors and Creditors Management: Invoicing and payments, handling both debtors and creditors to maintain accurate financial records.
Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing with a keen eye for detail.
Manage Banking: Daily reconciliation.
Retail Support: Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for our RACV retail shop.
About You: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Experience in payroll is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Familiarity with debtor and creditor management.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
