Healthcare Assistant Contract Bank £11.44 per hour Flexible zero hours contract Shift Time: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:45 PM - 7:00AM Pension scheme 5.6 weeks of annual leave (based on full time contract) Paid DBS Onsite parking Meals provided during shift What You'll Do: Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver high-quality care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents while respecting their dignity and preferences. Support Daily Activities: Assist with personal care, meal support, mobility, and other daily living activities tailored to residents' needs. Create a Positive Environment: Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere where residents feel valued and connected. Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and effective care environment. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred. Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Healthcare Assistant is ideal, but we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills who are eager to work with the elderly. Passion: A genuine interest in providing care for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
