Positions Available: Registered Nurse Location: MID NORTH COAST Will be available to work between these areas: Port Macquarie Wauchope Kempsey What you'll be doing in this role: Undertake comprehensive resident assessment and develop a nursing care plan in consultation with the multidisciplinary team.
Administer medications and evaluate the outcome.
Provide high quality nursing care by delivering, managing and overseeing procedures and restorative care.
Documentation of vital signs, medication intake & patient assessment.
Provide emotional, psychological and spiritual support to the residents and their families.
Educate the residents and their families about health issues and care options.

Who we're looking for: Previous registered nursing experience or a passion to begin a career in aged care.
You'll be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, compassionate, and respectful.
You'll be committed to aged care nursing practice.
You'll hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.

Driver's Licence.
Passport or Valid Visa.
Police Clearance Check.
