Base salary ranges between $75,090 and $100,227 p.a. (HWF3). For 1 year, you will receive an isolation bonus of AUD$3,500. If you stay for 2 years, you will receive AUD$10,500, and for your 3rd year (and every year after that), you will receive AUD$7,000. Providing 2 return airfares p.a. (including spouse/dependents) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with your recreation leave; of which we offer 5 weeks p.a. with a 17.5% loading/bonus. Professional Development Allowance (Category D). 12.75% employer superannuation contribution. Long Service Leave and Sick Leave accrual. Tax savings are also available. Up to $70,000 in incentive payments may be available.

About the role:
Work in collaboration with the sexual health nurses to deliver culturally safe and effective sexual health services.
Requirements:
Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community. Appointment and future increment progression, between pay points HWF3.1 to HWF3.5, requires a Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Island Primary Health. Please refer to the Role Description for further details regarding qualifications. C Class Motor Vehicle Licence. The position may involve travel to various facilities or units within the North West Hospital and Health Service by air or road to remote sites within NWHHS as required and may be a day trip or extended over several days. Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks. This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis. A period of probation may apply.
