The Opportunity - a flexible 6-month contract
The purpose of this position is to deliver the health and wellness plan across the organisation.
Key Accountabilities
Execution of the Health & Wellbeing StrategyBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with HS, Operational and Corporate stakeholdersSingle point of contact for all proactive and reactive Health & Wellbeing issues within the area of responsibilityProvide leadership, technical advice, and solutions for Health & Wellbeing related issuesCoach and build capability in-field and within Operational teams for key Health & Safety activities including resilience, job design, musculoskeletal risk, fatigue management, and early interventionImplementation and ownership of the organisation's Health & Safety Management SystemContribution to strategic Health & Wellbeing programsHealth & Safety Management System implementation and improvementParticipation in strategic project teamsAny other tasks as requested or directed by Head of Health & SafetyReturn to Work Management (Work Related & Non Work Related)
The Successful Candidate
This role will appeal to an experienced Physiotherapist, Health Scientist or similar, who enjoys challenging ideas and driving improvements.
Significant experience in a similar professional role, along with Allied Health Experience.
