As a Health & Wellbeing Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in championing the health and wellbeing initiatives within our organisation.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive and deliver the Health & Wellbeing plan as part of the wider Health & Wellbeing and People and Culture Team.
You will act as a subject matter expert on general health and wellbeing issues, musculoskeletal health, fitness for work, occupational hygiene, health surveillance, psychological and psychosocial risk, and injury management (both work and non-work related).
You will influence line leadership to support workers in their health & wellbeing journey to truly live our Endeavour values that put our people first.
Key Accountabilities Execute the Health & Wellbeing Strategy to ensure the well-being of all employees.Develop and maintain positive relationships with Health, Safety, Operational, and Corporate stakeholders.Serve as the single point of contact for proactive and reactive Health & Wellbeing issues.Provide leadership, technical advice, and solutions for Health & Wellbeing-related matters.Coach and build capability within operational teams for key Health & Wellbeing activities.Implement the Endeavour Energy Health & Safety Management System as relevant to your role.Contribute to strategic Health & Wellbeing programs, including project team membership and implementation.Manage Return to Work processes for both work-related and non-work-related injuries or illnesses.Qualifications, Certifications, and Licenses: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Health Science, or similar field.Desired Qualifications: Master's Degree in Physiotherapy, Health Science, or similar.Certificate IV or Diploma in Health & Safety.Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar professional role, coupled with Allied Health Experience.
