In this role you will:
Coordinate and monitor the delivery of contracted health services, ensuring that contracted health providers are meeting their contractual obligations, monitoring the quality of care being provided.Support and monitor the delivery of programs and services to high risk groups, e.g.
First Nations and Cognitive Impairment.Provide clinical governance oversight that supports the development and implementation of evidence-based and best practice interventions and to ensure a collaborative and coordinated approach for people in our care with complex needs.Prepare reports and responses on incidents, risk assessments, investigations, and root cause analysis.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, through the monitoring of health trends, service demand and outcome data to identify service gaps and advocate for service enhancement.ABOUT YOU We are seeking a professional with a strong background and experience in managing and delivering health services ideally within a complex environment.
