Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering evidence-based healthcare to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and allied health staffOverseeing clinical and corporate governance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare deliveryManaging budgets and resources effectively for sustainable health service operationsEmbedding continuous improvement practices for compliance and accreditationEnsure the integrity of patient management systems and records are maintainedSupport recruitment, training, and development of clinical and non-clinical staffManage ethical behaviour in accordance with relevant standards, values and policiesPromoting equity, diversity, and occupational health standards across the workplaceSerco is a place for you To be successful in this role you'll have:
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Postgraduate qualifications in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related disciplinesExtensive experience in Clinical HealthExperience in managing healthcare services in institutional or correctional settingsStrong leadership, communication, and team development skillsKnowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and quality assurance processesCommitment to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive healthcare servicesImpact a better future at Serco.
