Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering evidence-based healthcare to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
As a Health Services Manager, you'll make a positive impact by: Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and allied health staff Overseeing clinical and corporate governance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare delivery Managing budgets and resources effectively for sustainable health service operations Embedding continuous improvement practices for compliance and accreditation Ensure the integrity of patient management systems and records are maintained Support recruitment, training, and development of clinical and non-clinical staff Manage ethical behaviour in accordance with relevant standards, values and policies Promoting equity, diversity, and occupational health standards across the workplace Serco is a place for you To be successful in this role you'll have: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Postgraduate qualifications in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines Extensive experience in Clinical Health Experience in managing healthcare services in institutional or correctional settings Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive healthcare services Impact a better future at Serco.
