This senior management position is instrumental in delivering exceptional, compliant services for the community while driving strategic change and quality improvement.
About the Role As the Health Services Manager, you'll lead the operational and strategic direction of KKCS's Aged Care services.
Working closely with the executive team, this role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering top-tier aged care services and guiding the transition to the Support@Home program.
We're looking for a forward-thinking leader with a passion for enhancing quality of life through effective and innovative aged care services.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning : Work closely with the CEO & CFO to create and manage 1-3 year operational plans, develop budgets, and oversee workforce planning to support sustainable growth.
Operational Leadership : Maintain high standards of care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards, CHSP, and HCP guidelines, while managing high-risk issues to ensure safe, effective service delivery.
Continuous Improvement : Lead a culture of improvement by refining policies, streamlining processes, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
Team Leadership & Development : Mentor and support Service Managers to build a collaborative, high-performing team with a focus on culturally sensitive and client centred care.
About You: Tertiary qualifications in Clinical Services, Social Work, Human Services, Quality Management, or related fields Minimum 5 years in a community, disability or aged care management or related program You have a solid understanding CHSP and HCP-funded services and associated guidelines and funding models.
You bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience managing complex service delivery.
You have a strong understanding of aged care quality standards and a proven track record in quality and compliance leadership.
