We are currently seeking Health Service Medical Practitioners or Senior Medical Practitioners to join our team in the Emergency Department at Peel Health Campus. This is a recruitment pool for casual, sessional, permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time, and fixed term part time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
About the Role Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide speciality services to patients within the emergency department.Promote patient quality and safety and provides leadership, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for doctors in training and other health workers in collaboration with other Consultants and the Head of Department/Director Medical Services.Work within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by the SMHS Area Medical Credentialing Committee.Please see attached Job Description Form for more details including the selection criteria.
