Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and qualifications at degree level in either health administration, management or experience working in primary health care models.Proven broad, comprehensive primary healthcare experience with advanced clinical skills to work effectively in regional areas.Extensive knowledge and strategies to maximize operational performance for long term sustainability in a Primary Health Care Service and demonstrated capacity to implement them.Comprehensive understanding of relevant funding, policies, regulations and reforms including consumer-led funding models and their implications.High level of written and verbal communication skills including preparation of proposals, grants, conflict resolution, mediation, negotiation, and the capacity to influence others to achieve organisational outcomes.Demonstrated excellence in collaborating with others, team building, communication, leading through influence, change management and execution of multifaceted decisions.Current drivers license.Applications Close: 20 December 2024
