In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team to analyse complex financial and resource data, and shape policies and systems to ensure operational excellence and sustainable growth.

About You We're looking for an experienced, driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of qualifications, experience, and personal attributes that align with our goals and values.
Qualifications: Hold or be working towards a Tertiary Qualification in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and deliver results. Experience: Leadership in staff management, financial reporting, and policy application, with expertise in budget preparation and data analysis. Knowledge: Strong understanding of budgetary principles, risk management, and quality improvement practices.
