About the opportunity Westgold is currently looking for a WHS Trainer Processing with a strong commitment to upholding safety standards.
This role will be offered on a permanent 8:6 (Days) roster based out of our Lakewood Processing Mill in the Southern Goldfields.
The role includes Liaising with the Supervisors and trainees to plan and coordinate training and assessment activities, ensuring conformance with site requirementsDevelopment of retraining plans for those who do not achieve the required results during the assessment activitiesFacilitating various training sessions, including inductions, on-the-job training and assessmentsEnsuring assessment activities comply with the principles and rules of assessmentAssessing effectiveness of training (e.g.
after incidents and accidents, performance improvement)Maintaining and documenting training records accurately in INX InTuitionEnsuring all formal documents involved in training and assessment are current and completed correctlyEnsuring that appropriate induction training is completedEnsuring that candidates complete all training requirements prior to undertaking assessmentEnsuring all workers are competent based on appropriate education, training, skills and experienceWhat do I need?
