Job Description Implement and manage health and safety initiatives in the workplace. Ensure all activities comply with industry and company safety standards. Conduct regular safety audits and report findings. Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements. Provide health and safety training to staff. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance. Investigate workplace incidents and provide detailed reports. Stay updated with changes in safety regulations and industry practices. The Successful Applicant A successful Health & Safety Specialist should have:
Experience in a similar role in both a blue and white collar environment. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices. Excellent communication and training skills.
