ABOUT THE ROLE The Administration Department at Mount Magnet are seeking a Health & Safety Site Administrator to join the team on a 6-Month Max term opportunity.
Working 4 days on, 3 days off, this is a permanent opportunity FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will: Coordinate site entry requirements for all employees, contractors and visitors.
Administration of training records.
Coordinate of HS Department and Contractor Travel requirements.
Coordinate and administer Mine Record Book.
Produce and administer Statutory Appointment Letters.
Complete compliance reports for site Compliance, Competencies and Procedures, Investigations and Outstanding Corrective Actions.
Administer Department Document Control submissions.
Complete department purchase orders in PRONTO.
Receipt department invoices.

2 or more years of experience in a site-based administration role.
Experience in the Microsoft Office suite of software.
Developed numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate proactivity and a willingness to develop knowledge.
The ability to coordinate and prioritise workloads.
Display sound judgement and problem solving abilities.
The ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to details in all tasks undertaken.
Driver's license and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
