We are looking for a HSE Business Partner who can drive safety culture and manage environmental issues.

The Role Work with site-based operational leaders to drive safety culture.Build relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.Responsible for coaching stakeholders on best practice safety and environmental practices.Conduct safety and environmental training, risk analysis, risk mitigation, incident investigation, and audits.Take the lead on environmental issues including reporting and communication.What we are looking for A proven track record in HSE business partnering with significant experience in environmental management.Experience dealing with the EPA, community engagement, and communications both written and verbal.Ability to coach, train, and influence stakeholders to deliver change.Good knowledge of OHS/WHS/Environmental legislation, ideally within manufacturing.Highly developed communication skills to build relationships at all levels.If you are interested in applying for this role, please apply now.
