Our clients include SA Water, Water Corporation, Sydney Water and SEQ Water.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Coordinator for a FIFO / DIDO project support role basedin Onslow, WA. You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of site HSEQ. These include all management systems, plans, procedures, and programs are implemented to support the business in meeting its legal obligations, client requirements and overall goal for safety, sustainability, environment, quality, risk, and governance excellence.
More specifically you will: Maintain a positive culture of Health, Safety Environment, Wellbeing and Quality throughout the business and projectSupport the maintenance of the accreditation to HSEQ management systemsDrive HSEQ improvements on the project siteSupport a safe workplace for all site personnelMaintain close working relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractorsEnsure workers and subcontractors are meeting the minimum requirements of Guidera O'Connor's HSEQ requirements on siteRegularly monitor and review works for HSEQ compliance on the projectConduct HSEQ investigations where required.As our ideal candidate you will have: Solid experience in HSEQ within the construction or water industryA minimum of a Cert IV in WHS or equivalentWhilst Marine environment management experience is desired, it is not essentialComputer literatacy with experience in using HSEQ softwareExperience as an Internal HSEQ AuditorRehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator experienceeThe qualification HLTAID011 Provide first aidStrong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholdersAn ability to effectively lead and influence teams of peopleBe self-driven and an excellent problem solverValue our Guiding Principles of Health & Safety, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Excellence and RespectAbout our Benefits:
