Job title: Health Safety Environment and Quality AdministratorCompany: L3Harris TechnologiesJob description: The L3Harris Communications Australia (L3HCA) Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Administrator works with the HSEQ Senior Manager, assisting with the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Safety & Environment Management Systems for the business. The ideal applicant will have a working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. You will have experience in scheduling and releasing audit notifications, releasing and monitoring non-conformances and corrective actions, and collating and generating performance reports for the 3 systems. A person committed to developing a culture driven by quality and continuous improvement, highly developed teamwork and interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail will be central to success in the role.Key responsibilities: Develop & sequence the internal audit master scheduleCreate audit notifications and schedule audits with required staff including room bookingsAssist with the capture of quality evidence during audits and create draft audit reportsRelease final audit reports and capture findings in HSEQ audit databaseMonitor and capture corrective actions from audit findingsGenerate periodic reports for system performance across each standardSupport the review and release of controlled documents within the QMSProvide administrative support to the HSEQ Team, including diary management and meeting room bookingsEssential Requirements: Experience in navigating and maintaining MS SharePoint sitesExperience in the management and administration of ISO 9001:2015 StandardExperience in a previous administration or office management roleExceptional organisational and information management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionIntermediate level knowledge across Microsoft Office SuiteAbout us: L3Harris is dedicated to recruiting and developing diverse, high-performing talent who are passionate about what they do.
