Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Administrator L3Harris Communication Systems 12 month Fixed Term Contract The Opportunity: The L3Harris Communications Australia (L3HCA) Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Administrator works with the HSEQ Senior Manager, assisting with the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Safety & Environment Management Systems for the business.
The ideal applicant will have a working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001.
You will have experience in scheduling and releasing audit notifications, releasing and monitoring non-conformances and corrective actions and collating and generating performance reports for the 3 systems.
A person committed to developing a culture driven by quality and continuous improvement, highly developed teamwork and interpersonal skills and an eye for detail will be central to success in the role.
Key responsibilities: Develop & sequence the internal audit master schedule Create audit notifications and schedule audits with required staff including room bookings Assist with the capture of quality evidence during audits and create draft audit reports.
Release final audit reports and capture findings in HSEQ audit database Monitor and capture corrective actions from audit findings Generate periodic reports for system performance across each standard.
Support the review and release of controlled documents within the QMS Administrative support to the HSEQ Team, including diary management, meeting room bookings, etc.
