About the Opportunity To lead, plan, and manage the EH&S responsibilities as well as equipment and facilities management within L3Harris SASA, promoting and maintaining safe and reliable equipment and facilities as well as healthy working conditions for employees, with zero lost time injuries.
What the role will involve Actively manage EH&S policies to ensure compliance with the appropriate regulatory bodies Manage the ongoing improvement of the company's safety management plan Establish and maintain safety policies, procedures and work instructions Chair safety committee meetings on a regular basis and manage all resultant actions to completion Responsible to ensure workplace inspections are conducted on a monthly basis Perform regulatory reporting for environmental, health and safety as required Actively lead the investigation of the root cause of industrial accidents and/or illnesses recommending appropriate corrective actions Actively participate in quality processes to maintain a safe working environment What you'll bring To be successful in this role and to best leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;
