We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor (SA/WA/NT) to join our dynamic team in the Croydon Park office in South Australia.
In this role, you will: Champion a safe work culture for all Decon employees and visitors. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSEQ policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards. Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on HSEQ matters. Conduct regular workplace audits and investigate incidents. Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes. Contribute to continuous improvement of HSEQ systems and processes. To be successful, you will have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in HSEQ. Formal OHS Qualifications, Construction White Card & Driver's License. A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
