This is a 12-month paternity leave cover where you will be supporting their ongoing commitment to the Health & Safety of their people and the community.
About the RoleAs the Health and Safety Business Partner, the purpose of your role will be to lead effective partnership with the division. You will lead by example and promote Health and Safety which is people-centred, risk-focused, and systems-driven. You will provide Health and Safety leadership, expertise, and guidance, and ensure Health and Safety is highly visible in the business unit and promote H&S through engagement and active field-based leadership.
About YouTo be the successful candidate you will have experience of working in a high-risk industry. You will be pragmatic and customer-centric while being a key influencer of health and safety.
In addition, you will possess:
